Honest Food
…is food made from scratch by competent and engaged cooks. We love the fresh and avoid the pre-made . We shop locally when possible and import directly when necessary. The kitchen is inspired by the colourful Mexico but adapted to our European tongues.

At Tortilla Flats everybody is welcome. Young and old, tall and short. Kids are always welcome – and we spoil them. We do not discriminate on colour nor religion. We embrace them and thrive in the dissimilarity. We call it diversity in harmony.
Passion
Our people don’t have long resumes from fine French restaurants. We do not employ a sommelier to help you choose a wine. On the other hand we are engaged and smile a lot. We make mistakes and correct them – so please let us know – we are working hard to give you the best experience.
